Learn-to-Swim Program

Water Aerobics

If you are looking to just enjoy your time in the pool while working out with out hurting your joints, we have the right class for you: Water Aerobics. In this class you will work out your muscles and protect your joins. This class is about 45 min of working out in the pool. Any one who can stand up in the pool can do this. Contact us & JOIN NOW
